Civil Service Calls: Basin Pacific Insurance’s Othello Office Moves Forward Strong Under New Management

Shawn Logan, Branch Managing Partner of Basin Pacific Insurance’s Othello regional office, announces his retirement from the Property & Casualty business to focus his attention on his civic duty as Mayor of Othello.

 

“While I’ve had an insurance business, people were my business. I built many relationships with wonderful people,” said Othello Mayor, Shawn Logan. “My insurance background will continue to pay dividends for the Othello community as Mayor.”

Effective January 1st, 2021, Othello joins under Brad Toner’s management along with the Kennewick and Prosser regional offices. “The Othello office has a great staff that fits the culture, service, and business philosophy that Kennewick and Prosser embody.” Says Brad Toner, Branch Managing Partner. “It was a natural fit and we look forward to becoming more involved in the Othello community.”

The Othello regional agents will continue to support their client accounts with Velia Gomez running point, while working closely with Brad Toner. Supporting the local community with those who know, and understand it best, will always be the priority.

In 1997, Gary Trautman started Basin Pacific Insurance (BP Insurance) in Moses Lake and in 1998, Logan opened the Othello office as the second branch to join the BP Insurance family.
